If you do not think personal viewings are a good idea, you are not alone.  Some Vendors are listing their homes without anchoring the process around showings, or even banning them until an accepted offer is in place.  To reduce risk, "Live Streamed Showings" and "Virtual Open Houses", as well as improved more comprehensive virtual tours, have become the order of the day.  In many cases this quite successfully.  This process is well suited to those vulnerable to Covid 19.

For those who do want personal viewings, we will endeavor to make them as safe as possible for Buyers, Sellers, and Agents alike.  We have many tools to control activity.

    

We will advise Agents when confirming appointments about our Covid 19 policy for the property in question. This will inform the Agent about procedures for entering our listings: signing of any documentation re Covid; what protective measures are required; what protective products will be at the residence; or special procedures required prior to entry.  We will make virtual options available so that all interested parties are able to get through easily.  We are determined to work safely and successfully through the pandemic.
